WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
As soon as possible! We work hard so you can have a good quality braided wig at the earliest possible date. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped however you can also track the order by logging into your Wow Braids account.

COVID-19: Some orders may face minor delays, but we will do our best to ship orders quickly.
Please note: All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.
International orders: We are not responsible for customs fees or delays.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
- USA and Canada - $10 for orders under $100
- Free shipping to USA and Canada for orders over $100
- International shipping - $20
- Customers will be responsible for shipping cost coverage for returns except when items were damaged on receipt.
- Please note that Wow Braids is not responsible for any customs fees.

International shipments (outside Canada and continental US) are subject to our standard return policy and an extra US$20 non-refundable shipping charge. Wow Braids is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.
