Job Title: Product Supervisor - Lace Cap Ventilation

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Supervisor to oversee the training, onboarding, and management of young women who ventilate lace caps for our products. This role involves remote coordination, product quality inspection, and effective aggregation and delivery of finished products to Wow Braids.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Remotely recruit and register women as ventilators for training.
• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from training to supplier status.

Training Supervision:

• Monitor the training program for ventilators, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Provide feedback and support to trainees during the learning process.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections of ventilated lace caps to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to suppliers for continuous improvement.

Product Aggregation and Delivery:

• Efficiently aggregate products from various suppliers.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to Wow Braids.

Reporting and Communication:

• Maintain accurate records of supplier performance and product quality.
• Communicate effectively with both the suppliers and Wow Braids management team.

Required Background and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an OND, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product supervision, quality control, or a similar role. Experience in the beauty, fashion or textile industry is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in quality inspection and control.
• Familiarity with supply chain logistics and coordination.
• Basic knowledge of the wig-making process and ventilation techniques is desirable.
